An interior renovation of a semi-detached triplex in Dovercourt Village consisted of two new full kitchens with brand new appliances and under-cabinet lighting and light refinishing to two bathrooms. Other work consisted of a new roof, upgraded electrical panel and decommissioned knob and tube, and full ensuite laundry in both of the units.
